Afua is the Business Development Manager of a successful training provider, Teacher Assist Ltd. She is a community volunteer mentor for Higher Education supporting migrants and people in need with Employability skills whilst promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion She is a qualified teacher with several years of experience in adult education. She is a gifted communicator and regularly delivers training and bespoke sessions at conferences, events, online webinars and online teaching in the UK. Afua has diverse experiences of working with young and vulnerable people in both the formal and informal sector, She worked with young people Not in education employment or training (NEET) gaining a lot of experience in advocacy and support. Afua taught business studies in secondary and colleges. Afua is a qualified governance, risk and compliance professional specialising in course assessment and internal quality assurance
Patrick Ramazani
Marketing Director
Patrick is a founding director of two successful businesses since 2003. He is the Chief executive officer & Founder of Fresh Beginnings UK C.I.C based in Colchester. He has been a human rights advocate with over 16 years of experience and has worked on some flagship programs including Gateway Protection Programme (UK), EX-Gratia Programme (UK), Syrian Resettlement Programme (VPRS), EU-Resettlement Programme (UK). His methodical, analytical approach and experience in multi-million-pound bid projects will be of immense benefit to Teacher Assist Training. Patrick trained as a teacher and speaks several languages including French, English, Swahili, Lingala. Kirundi and Kinyarwanda.
Hannah Ellis
English Coordinator
Hannah is the Lead for English Education at Teacher Assist Ltd. Hannah is a qualified teacher with experience in Secondary school, Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) and Further Education. She holds a masters in Psychology in Education with an interest in mental health support. Hannah has enjoyed supporting adult learners at different levels in their learning journey and is excited to bring her experiences to support clients of Teacher Assist training.
Coretta Oti-Brako
Commercial Director
Coretta has over 10 years of experience in Pastoral Care and advocacy from MSCI. Coretta has a BA- Political science and Study of Religions, Master of Laws (LLM), Education and Training L3 & L5. She has been supporting adult learners on various courses for over 5 years as a Tutor at Teacher Assist Ltd. She also works as a support worker supporting vulnerable adults at United Response. Coretta is excited to bring her vast experience to the benefit of our clients.
Stephanie Orford
Business Administrator
Stephanie is the business administrator at TAT. She has been part of the Team at Teacher Assist for 6 years. Starting as an apprentice administrator she has now completed a Level 2 Business Administration Qualification, level 3 in Customer services and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training becoming the boss woman as she is affectionately referred to. She supports all staff with clear documentation, taking calls, diary management for the centre and managing the internal database. Stephanie is passionate about helping people from diverse backgrounds. She enjoys reading, computing and photography whilst going for walks and seeing new places in her spare time. Stephanie is the heartbeat of everything we do at Teacher assist training. As an administrator, she is the link between TAT and all our clients and collaborators. She provides stability and support to our clients.
